Hi, I'm Lauren.
Registered Nurse. Educator. Lifelong Learner.

I'm a nurse, educator, mentor, and perpetual overthinker who happens to really enjoy helping other people figure things out.
My career has taken me through a variety of nursing roles and settings - from cardiac step-down to critical care to emergency to hospice to nursing education in fact! Along the way, I've discovered that in addition to loving my career, I also love helping people become better nurses.
Today, my work lives at the intersection of nursing, education, and professional development. I work with nursing students preparing for the NCLEX, as well as new nurses navigating that first intimidating year of practice.
I also teach, create educational resources, mentor, speak, and occasionally turn whatever nursing-related thought is currently taking up residence in my brain into something useful. Essentially, if it involves nurses learning, growing, thinking, or becoming more confident in what they do, I'm probably interested.
So, whether you're here because you need help passing the NCLEX, you're a nurse looking for support, you're an educator looking for resources, or you're simply curious about what I've been working on -- welcome.
I'm glad you're here. 😉
